Really These Books!
The “Fifty Shades of Grey” erotic romance novel series by E.L. James made a PBS list of America’s 100 “most-loved” books — alongside acclaimed literary masterpieces like “1984” and “The Catcher in the Rye” and “Crime and Punishment.”
The wide-ranging fiction book list, which includes tomes from as far back as the 1600s to as recent as 2016, was compiled as part of PBS’ eight-part series called “The Great American Read.”
“It investigates how and why writers create their fictional worlds, how we as readers are affected by these stories, and what these 100 different books have to say about our diverse nation and our shared human experience,” PBS says on its website.
PBS worked with the public opinion polling service You Gov to conduct the survey asking Americans to name their most-loved novel. About 7,200 people participated.
Other books that made the list include: “The Alchemist” by Paulo Coelho, the “Game of Thrones” series by George R.R. Martin, “Charlotte’s Web” by E.B. White, “Catch-22” by Joseph Heller, “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland” by Lewis Carroll, James Patterson’s “Alex Cross Mysteries” series, “The Great Gatsby” by F. Scott Fitzgerald and J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter series.
The finale of “The Great American Read” series will include the results of a nationwide vote to choose “America’s best-loved book,” which will be revealed on Oct. 23. This from The New York Post.
Personal Note I can see the Cross Mysteries, Games Of Thrones, Great Gatsby even Harry Potter but 50 Shades Really. It's doesn't come close to the others. What do you think?

What To Keep?
Hello My Readers, I already know it's hard to decide what to read, but what about what to keep. What books do you keep in your library and what books do you let go? I personally keep my finance books like these. I also keep some urban fiction only if I feel like I want to read them again at a later time.
So what about you what books do you keep and which ones you say goodbye to after you have red them?

Hello My Readers. So what are you reading today. I just finished reading the Rooster Bar by John Grisham that was a pretty good book. I tried reading What's Hood which is a collection of short stories by different authors, but after the first couple of chapters I had to put it down. The reason to many moving pieces that did not go together n the first story.
