A Great Gift

I Confess

Good Evening my Readers. I have to confess but please keep this between us Ok. Well here goes.... I have read Part 1 & 2 Of Welfare Grind and both books were crazy and a good story line. But Part 3 is so out of reality it makes it hard for me to read. Have you ever read a book like that? I am still reading it just to see how this crazy story ends. For my sake I hope it's good.                                      Hello My Readers. So what are you reading today?
I finally got this to read, do you know how long I  waited to order this book  from the library. Oh you don't think that I would buy this book from a book store do you? Not me  I am a 100% library fan it's easy and free! I got this book and started reading it and the story is all over the place. The real reason I am reading it is not because I am a basketball  or even a Allen Iverson Fan . I am reading it because this book talks about a person's finances and that's what I am into. Iverson blew through a lot and I mean a lot of money being foolish. That's why I am reading it because I want to know how was it possible that a man who made Million through out his career end up broke and begging for help. Just call me a noisy reader when it comes to this book. So what are you reading and is it good!!!

Scary Book Or Movie?

            Hello My Readers. For Halloween do you read a scary book or watch a scary movie?
Personally I don't do either one I don't like being scared. but I have read a few Stephen King books in my time. He's the king of scary but he's also a darn good writer. So what are you doing this Halloween reading or watching??? Have a Great Reading Day!

Me myself I  love my paperbacks I can earmark a page when I need a quick bookmaker. You can't do that with an e book!

Their movie department might be last year but you can still find some good ones like I did. This movie was good with a surprise ending... If you get a chance to pick this one up I recommend it. Weekend Book

                                        Hey My Readers Happy Memorial Day Weekend......
I wanted to tell you something, Yesterday I got an e mail about a great book challenge that I wanted to share with you. It was write an book in 4-3 days. Since we have a long  holiday weekend can you write a 25-50 page e book in that time?. I thought this was an interesting challenge and I might take the person up on it. Even tonight I only have 3 days to write a 25 page e book. I have just the topic for it to. So Yes you might skip some of the holiday activities to write this book but look at it this way. You might be writing the next best selling e book and  when you make all that  money from your best selling book then  you could make everyday could be your holiday! Happy Reading....

Good Book!

Hello My Readers. I came across this book on the internet. Because they made a movie out of it. I remember reading this book it was good. If you looking for a good read then this is it. It's about a mother and her grown ass kids who never really grew up to adult hood. I mean they have the age but the mentality is a whole another story. A Floating Library

You can only get there by boat -- a pedal boat, specifically -- which luckily you may rent at the Echo Park boathouse The library hours are from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Sunday. It wasn't much after 11 when we got on the water, but the Floating Library was already crowded with patrons.Many of the books are housed in plastic sleeves and facing out on slanted, brightly-colored shelves, held in place with a band. Thanks to the article in LA Times for letting me know how cool that would be to have a library on water. This is so cool!

I remember has a child/teenager I use to read the old romance and Archies comic books and I still wish I had them today. Comic books makes for fast reading and it's entertaining. Valentines Day Reading

What Are Your Reading??

                   

Hello My Readers. So my question to you is what are you reading for the winter anything good? I have found in my library 10 books that I thought were going to be good and they all were not as good as I thought. Some of them I could not get pass the 3 chapter of the book before I had to put it down. I hate reading about silly make no sense kind of stuff. Don't you? Well anyway I am finding myself reading more decent stories on wattspad. You would be surprised how some of these stories are, better then the ones on Amazon that I have read.

I was really surprised that a lot of these stories come from senior in high school and freshman in college. I was impressed. You can also write your own story on wattspad. I love this site because it's free and they offer me great stories.

Disclaimer some of the book need editing well a lot of them do but if you can read past that the stories are good.  So that's where I am when it comes to books. Have A Great day!
